Offered by the EMLYON Incubator, Taking Over helps employees make a smooth transition to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Offered by the EMLYON Incubator, Start-Up helps participants capitalise on their professional experience to develop a start-up model.
Programme Start-UpIncubator
At the crossroads of current and future economic challenges, EMLYON Incubator focuses on 3 entrepreneurial issues:
- Business creation in various sectors : high-technology, financial services and the social and solidarity economy.
- Business succession, which may be conducted by a third party, one or several employees or a family member in a family succession context.
- Business development, in the form of the launch of a new activity with an internal start-up mindset.

By supporting business creation, and thus job creation, the Rhone-Alpes Regional Council and its partners contribute to the economic development of the territory.
It works to develop the area's economy and to consolidate the Greater Lyon area as a territory of innovation, generator of employment and wealth.
OSEO, a public-sector institution, covers 3 areas of activity : innovation support and funding, guaranteeing funding granted by banks and equity capital investors, funding investments and operating cycle alongside the banks.
