Well-being

Social responsibility is a fundamental component of sustainable development, so we are committed to ensuring a high quality of life on our campus to safeguard student and staff well-being.  We are also committed to providing for the needs of society, primarily through sponsorship and solidarity. Here are some examples of actions carried out this year:

  • The APICIL Performance and Health at work chair created a Wellness Center in September 2016, dedicated to the health and well-being of our students. The objective is to create a network on the campus and in cooperation with a team of health professionals for listening and support. The creation of a series of monthly lectures aimed at students and staff.

A few examples :

Diet workshop, mental ecology and cognitive performance, success and self-confidence, well-being at work as a lever for success, the management of stress at work, fostering success by preventing psychosocial risks for students, the student and the process of separation/individuation “work is a factor of personal development...”

  • Signing a telecommuting agreement with all staff
  • Solidarity Days with Unis Cités Solidarité Entreprises (an organisation that coordinates voluntary community work through business solidarity) (2016-217)
