Shaping the World of 2050: Entrepreneurship - a Driver for Innovation and Technology. This is the topic of the fourth edition of the World entrepreneurship Forum, which will be held this year from 2 to 5 November in Singapore.
The World Entrepreneurship Forum is founded on the conviction that entrepreneurs are creators of wealth and social justice. Their boldness, ambition and pragmatism make them key actors for imagining and implementing sustainable solutions to deal with the problems of our world. This conviction is the cornerstone of the World Entrepreneurship Forum which goal is to promote the development of entrepreneurship across the globe.

The think-tank focuses on 4 main challenges to shape the world of tomorrow:
• Creating Innovative and High-Growth Companies to generate millions of jobs around the planet
• Developing Entrepreneurship at the Bottom of the Pyramid to alleviate poverty and create new markets
• Shaping Entrepreneurial Cities, being tomorrow's centers for entrepreneurship and innovation
• Fostering Entrepreneurial Education to disseminate entrepreneurial mindset, skills and competencies throughout society, on a lifelong basis
The Forum is composed of 3 key moments:
• The Think-tank sessions will gather this year 150 prominent personalities from 70 countries to produce concrete recommendations
• The Forum Public Workshops gather the members of the think-tank and an audience of economic, political and educative decision-makers to focus on issues linked to entrepreneurship
• The “Entrepreneur for the World” Gala Evening gathers international, national and regional leaders to officially present four prizes to emblematic international figures: an entrepreneur, a social entrepreneur, a politician and an educator/expert, in recognition of their entrepreneurial success and social commitment
