This network, of which comprising a majority of former alumni and participants in programmes associated with EMLYON Business School take part, now has around 350 registered members in China.
It was launched in January 2005 in front of 160 people, and set itself a number of objectives:

organisation of events including round tables, conferences and lunches examining important topics for executives in China, such as :
- “The new Chinese consumer” with Accor, Unilever and Ikea in May 2005
- “Entrepreneurship and ethics in China”: 4 Chinese entrepreneurs and a professor of entrepreneurship at EMLYON in September 2005
- “Sustainable development: from theory to action, the example of companies in China” with Nokia, Rhodia and Veolia
- “E-commerce in China”: attended by eBay, PayPal, Myetone and 2DuChe in September 2006
All these conferences took place at Fudan University, in cooperation with the University’s alumni association.

This network has been supported since November 2005 by a “Club Chine” (Chinese Club) within the Association des Diplômés d’EMLYON Business School (Alumni Association) in France, which was officially launched in February 2006.
