Thierry Picq is a French citizen. He holds a PhD in Management of Science from the University of Grenoble.

He worked as a consultant in the largest French consultancy company : Bossard/Gemini Consulting (5 years in Paris, 1 year in Geneva), where he carried out many projects in organizational change and management development for large French and international companies. He also worked for the International Labor Office in Geneva on education transfer programs.

Professionnal experience :

Since 2010 : Associate Dean for Pedagogical Innovation

From 2003 to 2008 : Head of Management and Human Resource Department

1999 :  Visiting Professor, San Francisco State University, College of Business Administration

2001 - 2004 : Chief Editor of the MCS Review (Management & Conjoncture Sociale)

Since 1995 Professor of Management and Human Resources at EMLYON Business School 

1994 : Senior Consultant in CSI(a human resources and training consultancy company), Geneva

1988-1993 : Consultant in the largest French consultancy company: Bossard/Gemini Consulting, Paris
