EM LYON - France, Graduate School of Business is recruiting for a number of positions to strengthen its internationally recognised core faculty in order to meet the future needs of our students and of our corporate clients.

With the French high-speed “bullet” train (TGV) Paris is a very relaxing and comfortable two hours away from Lyon.
General (All Applicants)
Applicants should have a Doctorate or PhD degree, teaching experience, a proven record in research and publication, a burning passion for higher education and an international background or experience. Applicants will teach and publish in English, be committed to excellence in teaching and research, and be willing to learn or improve their French language skills.
Successful candidates will teach at the Masters, MBA and Executive levels including tailor-made programmes for international companies.

International Human Resources Management:
Preference will be given to applicants who show promise of high quality and insightful research in the field of HRM, commitment to excellence in teaching with various audiences and who have a strong international experience.
Entrepreneurship:
• Associate Professor or Full Professor position with research and teaching interests in one or more of the following areas: business development and strategic initiatives, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship in transitioning or developing economies.
• Associate Professor or Full Professor position with specialization in Family Business.
Research and teaching interests should include family business, family entrepreneurship, family business governance, and psychological dimensions of family business…
• Associate Professor or Full Professor position with specialization in Corporate Entrepreneurship. Research and teaching interests should include one or more of the following areas: corporate entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, corporate venturing.
Leadership: Associate or Full Professor position in Leadership, Team Dynamics/Leadership and Personal Development. Preferences will be given to candidates with a PhD or Doctorate in Management or in Psychology.
Marketing: Assistant or Associate Professor position in Business-to-Business Marketing.
Operations and Supply Chain Management: Associate or Assistant Professor position. Preference will be given to applicants with a proven expertise in Operations Management/Supply Chain Management.
Purchasing Management: Assistant Professor or Associate Professor position.
International Management and International Marketing: Assistant or Associate Professor position. Preference will be given to applicants with a proven expertise and knowledge of the Asia-Pacific zone. Some knowledge of French would be a plus but is not necessary.
