This year's event was marked in particular by the fact that graduates played an active role in the ceremony. Some spoke to the audience about their experience as a student and entrepreneur, others about their commitment to “Trait d'Union Multicampus Multiquartiers”, a social insertion programme to give young students from disadvantaged social-economic backgrounds access to high-quality education. A few graduates even interviewed EMLYON's President, Patrick Molle, on stage.
The graduates also collected funds for the “Young Entrepreneurs for the World” Foundation, and the proceeds will be allocated entirely to provide students in financial need with the means to pay their cost of living.
