Dr. Tornikoski joined the EM Lyon faculty in January 2007 by becoming part of the Strategy and Organization department. Earlier he worked for four years in Seinajoki Business School as Principal Lecturer in Entrepreneurship (2003-04) and Research Manager in the new Entrepreneurship Research Team (2005-2006). During 1999-2003 he was in ESSEC holding various administrative positions related to Executive education. Dr. Tornikoski has a double doctoral degree from IAE-AIX-ESSEC (France) and Vaasa University (Finland). His research interests are related to entrepreneurship, organizational emergence, the development of entrepreneurial intentions, value creation after ownership succession, and SME growth and growth willingness.
