How to register for GMAT & TOEFL tests :

It is important that you get a specially prepared "Information Bulletin" which will give you all the information you need. It can be obtained from the Institutions or the Regional Registration Center (RCC). You must contact the Regional Registration Center of your country to schedule your testing appointment in the city of your choice.

General Information :
Outside the U.S. and Canada, candidates may register by phone, fax or mail.

Phone:Contact the Regional Registration Center (RCC) at least two business days prior to your preferred test date. Your confirmation number, reporting time, and test center address will be given to you when you call.

Fax: Complete the International Test Scheduling Form also available in the GMAT or TOEFL Information Bulletin. Fax to the RCC including payment by either VISA, Mastercard or American Express. The form should be received at least seven days prior to your first choice test date.

Mail: Enclose the form mentionned above with a check or money order payable to ETS-GMAT or ETS-TOEFL and mail it to the RCC. The form should be received at least three weeks prior to your first choice date.
