A 13 years Experience of service management within the ACCOR Group (hotels, restaurants and services), mainly developed in the field of marketing, leading to be Marketing Director for Contracted Catering, allowing the development of skills and competencies in strategic and operational marketing through the challenge of theory by practice as much as the opposite.
- From April 1996 to June 1998 : Marketing Director- HRC Group, a subsidiary of ACCOR and later, of ELIOR (Contracted Catering). HRC, French leader of contracted catering (motorways, airports, railway stations, museums, exhibits). 5000 employees, Turn Over: 300 millions euros.
