In the Company Law department until 1991, then training director for European and International Law, and then founder and head of Entrepreneurship Specialized Master.
Since 1991 - In charge of training programmes for entrepreneurs: entrepreneurial strategy and family business courses; training director for the following programmes : 'valorisation of Research and start up of high tech enterprises' (public essentially researchers from laboratories and universities of the Lyon region); training director of programmes designed for SME managers and local development consultants (Sodie, subsidiary of Usinor-Sacilor).
1993 - Sale of CCR Associés to Ernst & Young and salaried collaboration within Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs (business start ups and take-overs, and development of SMEs) until July 1997. Specialisation in entrepreneurship, team building and strategic alliances.
1987 - Founder and Associate manager of CCR Associés, a Consulting firm specialising in entrepreneurship and the " high tech " environment, missions based on feasability studies, strategic alliance operations (R & D, commercials etc.) and risk capital.
1982-1983 - Legal director for Groupe Allobroge, a distribution company (3 billion Ffr turn over)
1980-1981 - Associate Director of Human Resources for Groupe RMO (Temporary Work)
1979-1980 - Professor assistant at I.E.C. Grenoble (University for Social Sciences)
In addition - Administration of Colorpress, a printing and graphics company (50 people), Rosatech and Transat, two start-ups of the biotechnology sector and Cannibal, a communication company.
