Eric Faÿ elaborates a renewed perspective on management founding his research on the understanding of human being as a speech being, a person of his word open to what he feels, to the life that animates him and to the deep desire that opens him to others. His builds his original contribution referring mainly to Denis Vasse’s psychoanalytical anthropology and to Michel Henry’s phenomenology of life. His current areas of interest are decision making, change management, appropriation of technologies and dynamics of integration.
