2000-01 Selected among 80 PhD students for a one-year research program called CEFAG in 2001 (European Center of Advanced Management Education). The program offered 3 methodological seminars (epistemology, quantitative and qualitative data analysis), one thematic seminar and a "research trip" abroad.
Grant for a 5-week research stay in Tulane University (New Orleans, USA) to work with Pr Robert Folger on the Organizational Justice Theory.
