The List results from a precise methodology based on two surveys conducted at each candidate organization. The first survey of 154 questions is sent to the HR Director, and is divided into six themes: general information about the organization, HR practices, CSR, relations between colleagues, image and belonging. In addition, 36 questions are submitted to all employees, divided into 9 sections: employee profiles, leadership and management style, HR policy practices, pay, employee benefits, and professional relations.
