The Best Place To Work Institute, an expert in supporting organizations’ managerial and cultural transformation, has unveiled its list of Great Places to Work in Morocco. This ranking highlights businesses with exceptional commitment to transformation approaches, that stand out because of the quality of their environments and the working conditions that they offer their employees.

The List results from a precise methodology based on two surveys conducted at each candidate organization. The first survey of 154 questions is sent to the HR Director, and is divided into six themes: general information about the organization, HR practices, CSR, relations between colleagues, image and belonging. In addition, 36 questions are submitted to all employees, divided into 9 sections: employee profiles, leadership and management style, HR policy practices, pay, employee benefits, and professional relations.

Quality of life at the workplace is a very timely issue; awareness of this facet is growing steadily. The TopEmployers in Morocco Program recognizes Moroccan organizations that offer the best working environment, and that strive to attract, motivate and retain their employees.   

82% of the employees solicited answered this questionnaire. This high response rate enabled Best places to Work to rank the Casablanca campus of emlyon business school among thetop 3 employers in Morocco. “Working for emlyon business school is not  just a job.
