emlyon business school strengthens the leadership of its Academic Programmes
Philippe Monin, Academic Director of emlyon business school, announced this morning the appointment of Nathalie Hector as Director of the MSc in Management Programme.
He stated, “To ensure the continued worldwide excellence of emlyon’s GE programme, and its coherence with our digital and global strategy, I decided to appoint a director specialising in experience-based teaching and usages of artificial intelligence in higher education in management. A legal expert, with a PhD in management sciences, Nathalie Hector also has expertise in managing programmes across multiple campuses. Her capacity for innovation and thorough knowledge of prep school programmes will also equip her to take our MSc in Management Programme and emlyon business school to a higher level.”
Nathalie Hector will also be closely involved in the pedagogical transformation of all initial training programmes. She will take on her new post in early April 2018 at emlyon business school.
Nathalie Hector holds an advanced degree in Law (1999) and a PhD in Management Sciences from Université du Sud Toulon-Var (2010). Her research focuses on: the social and solidarity economy, with a special interest in the cooperative banking sector, and on edtechs and the impact of artificial intelligence on education sciences. At KEDGE BS since 2010, she was director of the Business Engineering programme, the “Learning by Doing” teaching initiative, student association activities for over 9000 students, as well as the Bachelor and Grande Ecole programmes. Amongst her numerous other activities, Nathalie Hector has also written topics for the chartered accountant certifying exams; published a collection of works on legal subjects (social, fiscal, business); and writes a blog on educpros.Download
