Marjolaine Rostain

Strategy and Organization

French, Marjolaine has a background in chemical engineering and a specialized master in technology and innovation management.
After four years as a director of a French cluster in bio-based materials, she has decided to come back to academic.
She is an ethnographer of work and studies the interaction between different communities of workers in industrial setting; she is interested in how workers coordinate their interactions and their daily tasks in order to find some values in their work.
