Chair of managerial innovation
This chair aims at observing and understanding change in labour and the expectations of employees to better anticipate and challenge them.
Today’s students are tomorrow’s managers. Therefore, they are most concerned about by this new world and its new behaviours. Accordingly, Amaris proposed to emlyon business school’s today’s and tomorrow’s managers to work together by creating the chair of managerial innovation. Motivated students, who like challenges and are looking for autonomy in their projects, participated in the chair. The main objectives of the chair of managerial innovation are to study best practices, evaluate management innovations and create a measuring system to evaluate the impact of innovation.
For the next three years, teams with both Amaris managers and emlyon business school students will identify and analyze new challenges of management and best and innovative practices. Then, studying these practices will allow them to understand new generations’ expectations and to adapt management practices.
