Conference Paper Workshop 2015


The deadlines for the major conferences of our discipline are approaching!
To improve our chances of getting accepted, the OCE team is organizing a yearly meeting for exchanging on and developing the members' research projects.
This year, the workshop will take place on Friday, January 9th at 9:30 in room 338.
Among the abstracts and papers that will be discussed:

  • Diversity and precarity in the workplace: How work interactions help overcoming educational background disadvantage in France, by Marie-Rachel Jacob
  • From imaginary to practice: practicing self-organization via playfulness and role-play. The case of Wikipedia, by Eric Ghiglione
  • “Wax on, wax off”: The importance of rituals and institutional roles in the persistence of a military order from medieval time till today, by Marco Bottura and Ludovico Bullini Orlandi
