I am professor in Leadership and Professional Development.
I am in charge of training and coaching programs for students and executives (managers and leaders) in Management, Leadership, Career and Creativity.
My areas of research interests are as follows: New generations as a lever of business transformation, Leadership and Influence, Psychological Violence and Harassment, Detection and Talent Management, Coaching and Supervision.
