I have been specializing in Strategy and the service sector for thirty years. I teach strategy, entrepreneurship and service marketing.
I work with companies setting up internal universities in large groups and organizations such as Sodexo, Suez, Auchan, Groupama, Keolis, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and BPI France as well as more specialist companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb France, Bourbon and Cegid.
As a Consultant, I contribute to drawing up three-year strategic plans for Bouygues GFC, Sita, Swiss Recycling Services, Vacanciel, In Extenso or, in more niche areas, for Bourbon.
I coach entrepreneurs in the creation of business plans - over 100 in the past 15 years. I have been the director of the M.Sc. in International Hospitality Management in partnership with the Institut Paul Bocuse since 2015.
