Bio

I am an Associate Professor at emlyon business school. I hold a PhD in Management, I am a Researcher in Organizational Behavior, a Professor of Economics and Management and a certified Coach.
I contribute to furthering knowledge and developing practices regarding interpersonal relationships at work. My focus is on fair management and job satisfaction. I was honored with a top research award for my work in French by the French HR Management Association AGRH in 2016.
My training and coaching activities cover leadership, change, team management and engagement. My work is disseminated via talks and columns in the media and on my blog. My latest publications: “S'épanouir en temps de crise” published by Editions Eyrolles and “Le management juste” published by UGA Editions.
